I'm incredibly tired, and today was pretty stressful. Work was harder than usual, with a couple of meetings with our new art liaison. Then when I got home, there was a super-nasty email from my sister basically saying that...

... no, nevermind all it said. But I just can't believe people would say things like that about other people, let alone their sisters.

So, I'm tired. dehydrated, and I really ought to be packing 'cause my mother will be here tomorrow, and I work all day before she gets here. But I just can't.

On a side note, here's the art I did for [info]bethbethbeth for her birthday!

As promised: Remus Lupin.

I need to figure out how I want him to look. I'm partial to the scruffy look, myself, but I think he might be a little too rough around the edges in this one. We'll see how it works out.

Hey! Back from azkatraz, and now I've gotta work.

'Cause, of course, I allowed myself half an hour for a nice, long post about how awesome the con was and how much I loved meeting people and all the things I did...

... and then my son said he'd made plans with his friend and would I please drive him over there before I go to work today. -_- So much for that.

I'l do it tonight when I get home!

My computer power cord went "POP-FFFFFFFFFssssss" today

luckily, I'm at school, and at the service desk they have tons of extra parts, and the part that exploded in my hand was one of those which they had extras!!

So, I have a working power cord. That's good.

And I *Think* I have a place to stay Thursday night. I just hope I can set my stuff somewhere while I wait for people to show up. :P

I'm super-stressed. Working far, far, far too much, and I'm starting to get into zombie mode. Debating whether or not I should buy some energy drinks on my way to work.

A few things:

Meds have leveled out, but I don't know if they're working yet or not. I can't tell one day from another sometimes, actually. Tuesdays feel like Fridays and then Wednesdays feel like Mondays again.

I just read Home Fries Nazi again for the umteenth zillion time. I always forget how good it is, and then read it and I'm like "Oh yeah. That's why I was hugging my monitor last time."

House thing is... going well, I think? We are preparing the purchase agreement and all.

Here's the thing, though. My sister is really, really angry about it. She doesn't want me to move out (I CAN'T afford Rent!!), she got this place so, as she said, she could have family nearby (I'll be moving about 10-12 blocks away!!), she's upset about the fixing up she'll have to do to rent it again (I told her we're willing to do it all!)...

... she texted my son the other night and told him not to talk to her for a while, and for me not to talk to her, either.

Great. This is something I want to be HAPPY about. I was happy for her when she bought a house. And no, I'm not even technically buying this house, but it will be mine eventually. I picked it out, and the character of the house is very much ME.

In other other news, I haven't been drawing well lately. Not like me at all. Maybe I can make that work in a way.

I'm losing track of time and day. That's always awkward.

I thought yesterday was Sunday. Today feels like a Tuesday. Or possibly Thursday. It's Wednesday, though.

Working on too many projects at once. I have three drawings to finish today, or it could... well, consequences be as they may, I need to do it for me. I've been so far detached from my own mind in these episodes of hyper-mania.

Tried to make an appointment with a doctor yesterday so I could get a prescription for some kind of mood-stabilizer. They didn't call me back. I'll call them today.

Ramsey County Attorney's office didn't call me back, either. I wonder what kind of luck they're having getting money from my ex.

I really wanted boiled eggs this morning for breakfast, but looks like I'll have to take them to work with me and eat them there.

Today is a "Job #1, then Job #2 day." They're all going to be like this from now on, I think. Or at least for the next few days.

I've got a story in my head that needs to come out. Maybe after Snarry Games is done. Or RS Games. Who knows. Maybe I need to write it first so I can concentrate on the other two.

Definitely a Brush Pen day.

Just a head's up

I'm still alive, although working 12-14 hours a day. Right now - heading off to work.

Gt a coupl of appointments to set up, so in my time off, I might not be around.

I hope to have a real update soon. ;_;
