You know, I am so not shipping Snarry, but you, you have me in tears over the two of them. And the kids, of course. This is so damned touching. And gorgeously done, both the story and your drawings, just wow. I love how the dancing snowflake brings them together. And your Snape is and will always be how I imagine Snape. Thanks!

As you well know, I'm not into Snarry at all, but your first video transcended that and drew me in and this Christmastime video just builds on the emotion. There are so, so many things I love about the images here, but the one that affects me most is Allie curled up in her father's lap; there's something about the innocence of a sleeping child that speaks to a sense of trust and security. He's trying so damn hard to make a decent life for her and probably forgetting that all Allie needs is his loving and steadfast presence. I adore your older Snape, and as others have said, this is exactly how I view him in my own mind.

You've also changed how I see Harry. I I never liked his character in the books, but in these videos he's a bull-headed Gryffindor in every sense, but also understanding and compassionate and sensitive.

Beautiful work and an absolutely gorgeous and heart-wrenching story. Thank you so, so much.

AWWWWWWWW!

Fabulous music selection. I love Gordon Lightfoot's original, but Sarah MacLachlan's version is excellent as well. It's a great song all round.

The Charlie Brown kind of tree was so perfect and Allie's daisy nightshirt. I love that daisy. It makes me smile so much. Wonderfully moody and sweet.

You've got a special talent for pulling these videos together. The Snarry Games one was great, and this one is wonderful too - any time someone can make me cry...well that's a job well done.

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet you. Your art is so wonderful, and my son loves to watch the videos over and over and over. It means a little more to him because he met you too.

Okay, so I can't stop watching this. It's amazing. I'm speechless with awe of how good this is and how well you tell your story. I love the world you've created. I want to know more about it. All the details.

The way you've drawn both Harry and Snape are now how I see them when I write them. I can't get them out of my mind. Snape's 1/2 moon glasses and Harry's scruffy facial hair will definitely be in my next story. As will Snape's daughter (though I'll call her something else).

I loved your Snarry Games vid so much and now this one is just as lovely.

I am an absolute lurker in the HP fandom,and don't have an insane journal account, but I just had to say that that is was amazing. The artwork was so beatifully soft and, not whimsical, but some other word I just can't find. The music was a perfect selection for this tale, and the combination was just wonderful. Really? You should just have a fest set in this universe! That way all the Snarry writers who are omg chomping at the bit, would kill their own mother eager to write a story featuring your wonderful characters. Just sayin'.....

This is so lovely. I'm so glad to see a continuation of your "Allieverse" - I love your characterizations of Snape and Harry as older, single fathers. The tenderness of Allie asleep with her head on her dad's lap and all the expressiveness are just wonderful. But what reduced me to a puddle was the little tree set up on the ironing board, with two presents beneath it - *sob*

You just made my WHOLE weekend with this! I'm just sitting here with a big ol' sappy smile on my face (after getting over wiping my eyes over some of those touching moments...oh....Allie sleeping on Snape's lap...tearing up again!)

I saw your reply to dementordelta and I could SO get into drawing/painting one or more of these charactes to see how I might spin them - because of your interpretation of them is uber awesome.
